Whether you want a refund or a replacement (and size/colour of replacement).
As soon as we receive the goods we will action your request. Where a refund has been requested,
we will credit your credit card no later than three working days following receipt of the returned
goods and any replacement goods held in stock will be despatched within three working days. If
your return was not our error we will subtract the cost of shipping from your return.
If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of placing the order or within
seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer), exceptions are where a product has been
customised (examples are: embroidered shirt, bowling ball with drilling) then these may not be
returned unless faulty. If you do cancel then please follow the returns procedure listed above, upon
recipt of your returned order we will process your refund. Your rights to return goods are protected
