We are CJ's Bowling, a family-run 10-pin bowling alley established in Hockley since 2007.
We provide entertainment for all ages with our bowling lanes, Augmented Reality darts, snooker and American pool tables, and arcade area.
We have a fully licensed bar and offer a full food menu.

How long does a game of bowling take?
10 minutes per person, per game. For example 6 people for 1 game would take 1 hour.
Do you charge for bowling shoe hire
Bowling shoe hire is included in the bowling cost
Can I wear my own shoes?
Yes! But they must be white soled trainers, anything else and you will be asked to swap for our bowling shoes.
May I bring my own food & drink?
We kindly ask you not to bring your own food and drink items into CJ’s bowling, We only allow baby food.
Do you have disabled access?
The whole of CJ’s is wheelchair accessible, we have a wheelchair friendly lane and a ramp up to the bowling area.
Do You Have Parking?
Yes, we have free parking available at our site for our customers.
Do You Offer A Concession Rate?
Yes, we offer a support session rate for disabled and special needs. Please call us to find out more.
Is There An Age Limit On Bowling?
As long as there is a parent supervising we allow any age to bowl at CJ’s bowling.
Can I Use My Own Bowling Equipment?
You are welcome to bring your own bowling equipment as long as it is in a safe condition to use. CJ’s bowling will not accept responsibility for any damaged equipment whilst bowling at the premises.
How Many People Can Fit On One Lane?
We can accommodate 6 people per lane and have 12 lanes.
Can We Eat Food Up On The Lanes?
We only allow our sharing platters up on the lanes, These can be pre booked along with your bowling.
Do I Have To Pay To Watch Someone Bowl?
‘We do not charge a spectator fee’
Do You Have Wifi?
Yes! you can access our wifi for free.
Is There A Cashpoint?
We do not have a cash point. We do allow cash back on any purchases over £5.
Are Dogs Allowed?
We only allow guide dogs.
